General Requirements一般要求 All areas of the dormitory facilities shall be kept secure, clean and have safety provisions such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, unobstructed emergency exits, emergency lighting, etc.
宿舍各個區域需確保安全，干凈并配有相關設施，如滅火器，急救 箱，無阻礙的安全出口與應急照明等。
Emergency evacuation drills shall be conducted at least annually.
每年至少在宿舍舉行一次應急疏散演練。
Appropriate washroom facilities, including adequate toilets, sinks and showers segregated by sex. 合宜的盥洗室，包括按性別隔開的廁所和淋浴室等 The dormitory facility should have security measures to protect employees and their property.

2. Ventilation通風 Requirements 要求: Well ventilated. 通風良好
With windows to the outside or fans and/or air conditions and/or heaters in all sleeping areas
for adequate circulation, ventilation and temperature control.
為保證睡覺區域有良好的通風和適宜的溫度，宿舍必須有直通室外的窗戶或者 有排風扇和/或空調，和/或取暖器
The ventilation opening area should not less than the floor area of 1 / 20 (China Specified requirement)
采用自然通風的居室，其通風開口面積不應小于該居室地板面積的1/20 No windows in some of the dorm rooms. 部分宿舍房間沒有窗戶 No fan or air conditioners/ heaters in the sleeping areas. 睡覺區域沒有風扇或空調/取暖器 The rooms have high humidity.

宿舍應配備食品準備區

Sinks: At least one functioning sink with both hot and cold water must be provided for every six occupants

Showers: At least one functioning shower with both hot and cold water must be provided

6. Bath Water and Drink Water洗澡用水和飲用水 Requirements要求: Fresh potable drinking water must be available for workers without restriction.
員工應不受限制地使用新鮮飲用水
With hot water provided in bathroom. 浴室有熱水供應 High risk if:若存在下列問題，將會是高風險： Workers getting sick from unsafe drinking water.
因不衛生的飲用水導致員工生病
Workers are restricted from drinking water. 限制員工使用飲用水 Hot water not available to workers. 未提供熱水 7. Personal space個人空間 Requirements要求: No less than 3.6 square meters of space per occupant
每人有不低于3.6平米的平均空間
Ceilings in the room must be 2.1 meters (7 feet ) high or the amount required by local ordinance.
